Hi, just wondering if I'm doing something wrong? I've a couple of niggles in an otherwise great aircraft.

The APU state doesn't seem to save. It's always off when I load the aircraft yet the switches are in the correct position ie they're state saved but the APU running state isn't?

A minor thing, the VS rotary switch is always at the max decent rate (is it -600ft?) when loading the aircraft.

Everything else, that I can tell, is "state saved".

    Thank you

Thanks for reporting this. We'll pass this onto the development team to investigate further.

Hi, something else regarding to state not saving. HF aerials & logo lights do not save, whenever loading a new flight, they do not appear and have to be activated again. Also VS selector always appears in -6000 fpm

        Kind regards,

The aircraft equipment is automatically fitted based on the livery selected and is intentionally not effected by state saving.

The VS selector loading in at -6000ft/min isn't something we seen on our side. Do you perhaps have any error messages on the EFB such as "Loading Aircraft" or "License Failure", as that would point to an issue with the aircraft initialisation. It may also be worth double checking for any vertical speed related control assignments that may be causing a conflict.

I actually noticed the same thing last night (when I turned State Saving on for the first time with V2.x - I usually have it off).

I got the VS selector loading at -6000fpm - no errors on the EFB and everything else on the aircraft works as it should.

I fly mostly with third party repaints rather than the default liveries (nothing personal - just reflecting the places/routes I like to fly with the F28!) and also always have to reload the HF wires and the logo lights and unload the UNS to get the right spec for 'my' aircraft.

I presume that whatever in the F28 package registers the automatic spec for the supplied liveries doesn't apply to addon ones? Or should the sim 'remember' the chosen fitout from livery to livery? Or is there a way to edit a file somewhere to make a spec for an addon livery?

Hi Mark, no warning or errors noticed on the EFB?

For reference the livery I'm using is:
              JustFlight Fokker F28-4000 KLM (Fictional | PH-KZI) on Flightsim.to

I also don't have any bindings to VS control.

@GroverJ41 The livery configurations for each of the liveries is stored in the livery_config.ini file located at: ...\Community\justflight-aircraft-f28\Data

I believe the current logic will have all external equipment fitted to third party liveries every time the aircraft loads into a flight. We do have this logged on our internal bugs/feature request tracker though as something to look into adding third party livery support to in the future.

Thanks for the feedback regarding the vertical speed selector. We've logged this on our internal bugs tracker and we'll investigate this further.
