    That's not normal in cruise, but from the angle in the video it's hard to see exactly what's going on. Do you have HT mode selected, or is the plane maybe still in IAS for some reason hunting an altitude it's already attained? Is your engine power also oscillating? It's hard for me to be sure from the video.

    @RPGamerous HT mode selected. Power is normal. (CRZ power).

    In that case, I'm at a loss - I don't think I've ever noticed this behavior on the F28 so maybe it's a bug, or someone else will have some insight into it.

    @RPGamerous I’ve been flying the F28 a lot, but not the MK1000. All the other variants are working fine. I tried turning off online weather, but it didn’t help—the V/S kept oscillating. I also cycled the AP on and off, but the issue persisted. It seems like it can’t stabilize at the selected altitude and keeps “fighting” to level off. Really strange.

    Have you been in touch with Just Flight Support? They should be able to investigate this kind of thing. There is a link on their website www.justflight.com

    @Derek Derek, thanks for your response. I noticed that this happens when the GNS 430 is not in the panel. I was flying in classic mode (VOR/NDB).

    @alanfernandes

    That's the sort of thing that Support would be interested in. I am sure they would be able to help if you contacted them.

    @Derek I’ll contact support, and I apologize for bringing up other related topics in the forum. My intention was to highlight a potential unknown issue.

    Believe it or not, I just had this same thing happen in the RJ, and it was something very simple. So even though there are a couple other reports of this on the forum now, I have to ask: was your speed brake extended? I had apparently bumped my speed brake lever at some point, and I didn't realize it until I noticed pitch oscillations at cruise of approximately +/- 500fpm, just like yours in the video. Retracted the speed brake, the problem went away.
