I hope this is the right place to report bugs. Let me know if you prefer to receive them on the support channel.

Turn on the ground power and turn on the entry lights.
Next, turn off the ground power, so that the aircraft loses it's power. The entry lights will turn off. This is correct.
Turn ground power back on. The entry lights will remain off and the switch is now inverted. Turning the switch off will now turn on the entry lights.

You will need to clarify which entry light switch you are referring too… there are several in the cockpit.

I'm sorry for the confusion, I'm talking about this entry light on the overhead panel:

EDIT: The entry light is not labelled ON/OFF like the other switches and the second entry light switch also toggles it on and off. The behavior I'm seeing might actually be correct.

OK. There is a second switch at the starboard side of the cockpit entrance. This switch, in conjunction with the cockpit entry light switch that you refer to, operates as a two-way switch - that’s why the switch you refer to is not mark ON/OFF. I suspect that is why you are seeing the behaviour that you are. FYI: The power for these entry lights can be drawn through; External AC, AC Bus 2, or Ground Services Bus.
