Controls, Throttle, EFB & Landing Gear issues

I am having these following issues on Xbox Series S;

• Controls unresponsive and surfaces still drooped when up and running
•Throttle unresponsive and stuck in Cut-off
• EFB Constantly saying "Loading Aircraft" on the Aircraft page and non interactive
• Main landing gear missing wheels

Tried reinstalling but no luck
