TWO PROBLEMS

#1 The map on the EFB does not display itself. The screen is black and sometimes flickers. During the flickers you can see the map for only a fraction of a second and then the screen goes black again.\
#2 The instrument pop out windows - when displayed the frame rate drops from 80 to 28!!!. Can this please be improved upon - if possible.

#1 Is something we have logged on our internal bug tracker and is under investigation.
#2 We're seeing a <5% decrease in FPS when popping out the 2D panels on our side, however, I seem to recall in MSFS 2020 that popping out 2D panels would always induce a fairly significant performance hit. In MSFS 2024, I would recommend going to Settings > General > Graphics and experimenting with setting the "Glass Cockpit refresh rate" option to Low or Medium to see if that improves FPS. I would also recommend trying to pop out 2D windows in other aircraft (for example, the default Airbus') to see if a similar FPS drop can be seen with those aircraft.

Other default aircraft are the same - FPS drop to about 20. MSFS problem ?
