Marking the physical Throttles (Bravo, etc.)

This needs to be optional, and perhaps we should take inspiration from pmdg implementation where we can either completely disable it, enable it when physical throttle is moving, or always enabled. But on a engine display screen it's less intrusive, but the ped is already using moving leds to denote n1.
So I can think of two things to mitigate this,
1, this should only be enabled when auto throttle is on and working and is not in an pilot overridable mode.
2, optionally, this can also be done like what jf did in the f28 where they repurposed a led in the glareshield to illuminate when throttle is in sync with the target takeoff settings. If we can have a similar led in glare shield which will illuminate when the physical throttle position is within 2% of in game throttle position in either direction, this can be a helpful feature without being too intrusive. -
Properly modelled, the THRUST LEVERS retain the position and N1 at AT disconnect. The ‘ball-park’ N1 for a 4 engined approach, gear down, 33* flap is typically 67 - 68% to maintain a 3* approach at Vref +5kts (the normal approach speed). Slightly fast or slow then decrease or increase from the datum figure a few %.

Including the way it works, a blue dot travelling around the N1 gauge should do the trick I think?
