No discount code?

I hope your all having lots of fun?

I bought the 146 through JF Store and got the email yesterday 6 November to explain how to get the discount code.

I just done as described but there is no "Discount Code"

"Log in to your Just Flight Account.
Click on the 'Your Orders' button.
Locate the order for your 146 Professional purchase and click on it.
Copy the relevant Discount Code which has been added there.
Go to the RJ Professional page and click on the 'Buy Download Now' button.
In the Basket, paste your discount code into the 'Have a discount code?' box and click 'Apply' - this will give you the 20% discount."

Can you please let me know why this is.
My Order No - JFL9993772776762DBE on the 4 May 2022.

I imagine the discount code will be added once the RJ becomes available tomorrow.

Looks like it's available now for purchase and download, but no codes yet in my 146 order!

The discount code will appear on your 146 Professional (MSFS) download page (the same page shown on the original post in this thread) as soon as the RJ Professional (MSFS) is released tomorrow.

The discount code can then be redeemed by entering it into the "Have a discount code?" field during checkout with the RJ Professional (MSFS) in your basket.

It's not available to purchase yet. It will be released later today and the discount codes will also be loaded prior to release:

Note that right now the RJ Banner leads Yu to the Bae 146 page where You can buy that.
If You miss that, then You might accidentially buy the 146 instead !

You'll need to buy the RJ from the same shop that you bought the 146. We'll be sending the RJ out to other shops fairly soon - probably early next week.

I still do not have any discount code. I have followed the instructions as mentioned above. (I accidentally created a duplicate topic on this! My apologies!) However still no code. Am I missing anything?

If it is not on the MSFS 146 page on your JF account then you need to contact Just Flight support. There is a link on the website www.justflight.com
