I have recently updated my Runway Performance Spreadsheet, which I now believe more accurately shows the take off and landing distances for the 146 and other aircraft. The flex temperatures should now be in accordance with the 146 guidance material.
The spreadsheet is available free on Flightsim.to. Note that you will need to download Libre Office, which is free, in order to use the spreadsheet.
As soon as the RJ is released I will be updating the spreadsheet to include any slight performance differences.

    Enjoy

I've been using this spreadsheet for years for the 146 and other planes. Didn't realise it was getting updates as well, as flightsim.to doesn't put it on your list if it is marked as a "minor update". Thanks for your work!

I'm flight testing the new FBW A380 now and will be updating the performance and flex shortly. As soon as the Avro's are out I will add them, and tweak the spreadsheet and then issue an update. Glad you are getting some benefit from it. I can't wait for the Avro's, the previews look superb.
