Alright, to be clear, no matter what I've done, be it use the AI autopilot, start from TO (take-off), or even use the EFB to set the actual aircraft to a TO position, the thrust levers for engines 1&2 will always seem never to be at actual idle, but instead at the "FUEL OFF" position. Whenever I enable "Ready for TO" in the EFB, the thrust levers seem to just fight the idle position on its own, flickering back and forth, staying in the "FUEL OFF" position. For some reason enabling AI pilot allows me to actually get the thrust lever out of that position, as soon as I disable it though, it just instantly goes back to this. Pressing the switch at the back of the levers for 1&2 do nothing. See image for reference

If it matters, I use the TCA thrustmaster Captain's Throttle Quadrant, along with the sidestick with it.

I don’t know the solution to your thrust lever issue, but the obvious observation is that with 4 levers on the model and only 2 on the Thrustmaster quadrant there is perhaps a software setting incompatibility that requires addressing.

@Driver-Airframes Yeah one problem I had was trying to configure the two lever quradrant to the 4 engine plane, but I realized that engines 1 and 2 werent providing any power at all, no matter what I did. Looked in cockpit and discovered the problem being the levers were stuck in the "FUEL OFF" position. I'll try reinstalling the aircraft. Only mods I have are liveries, a few quality enhancement mods (i.e longitude texture upgrade) puffinflight VFR, andres airports lights, and GSX pro.

Uninstalled and reinstalled and problem still persists.

Alright, I disconnected the throttle quadrant and rebooted the simulator. Apparently it's some how interacting with the controls so its locked in the FUEL OFF position. No idea why but without the throttle quadrant connected it works fine. Gonna see if its some specific control in the settings. Man, I wish you could add custom aircraft profiles for controls and post them. Definitely would be configuration a breeze.

Removed conflicting fuel valve setting, problem isn't present. Now I just gotta calibrate the throttle.

Issues with throttles 1 and 2 not moving in the 146 Professional are typically caused by a control assignment conflict, but this can depend on which external hardware you are using.

We have the following FAQ which covers a solution for this issue: https://support.justflight.com/en/support/solutions/articles/17000129923-honeycomb-bravo-thrustmaster-tca-throttle-quadrant-throttle-issues

    Hope that helps.
