MSFS 2024 - Firefighting Variant

The MSFS SDK Livestream got me thinking, is there any concrete plans to upgrade the 146 to MSFS 2024 standard? I understand it will work in MSFS 2024 out of the box but I was wondering if as part of any potential upgrade that the inclusion of the firefighting variant ( as used by Neptune Aviation, good video overview here) could be added and enabled as a career mode aircraft for firefighting activities?

Apologies for the belated reply. There are no concrete plans on our side regarding developing a 146/RJ fire firefighting variant. It is something I would like to see in the sim too, and I have brought it up in our internal development meetings in the past, but I mustn't be a very good persuader
We'd love to hear from members of the community though if there would be interest in something like this.

I think it would fit nicely between the default CL-415 and 747 Supertanker options.
If the career/missions support third-party aircraft for firefighting (I think they said generally you could use other planes in career mode when the developer add some specific meta-data to them?), that would definatley be a great addition (maybe in combination with a GNS or GTN in the 146?).
Would even pay a bit extra for those models.
