Innacurate DME? or VOR?

Hi,

I am flying the warrior II out of KLNS to the ILS for 13 into KRDG. Short flight. Sky Vector's published approach is to follow the 20 degree radial out of KLNS to 12.7 miles to intercept. However clearly something is wrong. Is there an issue with DME or VOR with this plane? 12.7 miles on the 20 degree radial puts me at least 10 miles to far south to intercept this runway..... Anyone else have this issue?

Looking at the approach plate, it's 22.3 NM on the 020 radial from LRP to OUTLT. Which is 12.7 NM on I-VXO, the localizer. I don't see KLNS anywhere on the approach plate. If you are calling LRP KLNS, it's still 22.3 NM, not 12.7 NM.
