CoherentUIThread spikes

When flying around in the F28-4000 the CoherentUIThread graph in the FPS shows periodic recurring red spikes. These spikes then result in stuttering and hitching of the sim.
I’ve tried to reproduce with several other aircraft (787, A320, a few others), but the only aircraft to exhibit this issue seems to be the F28, on my system.
This stat is mostly linked to instrument rendering/processing, as far as I understand.
Can someone else confirm this? Is this a known issue? Is this maybe being looked at for further optimisation in the future?

This is something we have logged on our internal bugs tracker. We are confident that we know what the cause is and that it will be fixed in the next update to the F28.
