wrong takeoff distance?
-
Can someone confirm whether it's possible for the 300QT model to takeoff from LOWI. The runway length is 2000 meters, and the 146 needs only 1300.Yet, I am forced to go to the very end of the runway and with the stall horn blaring. The aircraft appears to be a bit underpowered.

What flaps setting?

It's worth considering that the 146-100 was the original variant of the 146 that was designed to be used as an STOL airliner. It was envisioned to be used on thin routes out of small regional airports that other jet aircraft couldn't operate from and could operate below its MTOW if extra performance was required.
The 100 was then extended to the 200 and 300 variants to increase the passenger and cargo capacity, but critically, there were no other significant changes made to the aircraft other than the fuselage extension. The engines and wings are exactly the same in all variants of the 146. and as the 300 has an MTOW weight that is 20% greater than the 100, it is expected that the 300 will be a significantly poorer performer during takeoff and climb.

I believe it can. I just entered the details into the performance spreadsheet and with todays weather and a take off weight of 45011 kg it can just take off at flap 18.
I did create a performance spreadsheet to help me with the 146. Its available on Flightsim.to if you would like to try it. I am about to issue a major upgrade, and if you don't want to use another program then Simbrief will shortly be releasing its own version.

It's interesting to see that the longer variants did not come with increased thrust performance.
