Cabin pressure light during cruise
-
Hello JF!
For some reason, my cabin pressure caution light comes on on every flight after about 20 minutes in cruise. I see the pressurization come down softly. I think I do nothing wrong and didn't change anything in my routine.
I wonder if it comes from a recent update for msfs or anything on your side.
Happy flights!

The "CABIN PRESS" lights will illuminate whenever the cabin altitude is 10,000ft or above. Looking at your screenshot of the overhead, that looks like it corresponds to the indication on the cabin altitude and pressurisation differential indicator which indicates that cabin pressure is 12,000ft.
On the overhead panel, it looks like the wire locking is broken on the red "MANUAL CONTROL" valve which would indicate it has been moved from its default (closed) position. If this valve is rotated, it overrides the automatic pressure controller and will depressurise the cabin at a rate which is dictated by how far the valve has been rotated.

I just checked my plane and the little wire was intact. I've never touched this red cover. I'm not too sure why my cabin exceeds 12k feet then. Is there a way to reset everything in the plane. I tried to load the "Cold And Dark" state in the EFB but it doesn't reset the wire (I broke it in the recent test flight).
EDIT : I just noticed I forgot the yaw damper in the screenshot's flight....
