little nav map flight plan export

I understand that the fms can import .rte flight plans. Does anyone know how to do it with little navmap? Little navmap has a few options that put out .rte files, but the fms does not read them. thanks.

Read this, it updates where LNM is and looks like the .rte is to be incorporated
