I have tried reinstalling the aircraft, checking for other mods I've recently installed and removing them, but so far nothing I do will fix this. I can't click anything on the EFB at all, so I can't load flight plans or even activate the GPU. I also tried the F28's and have had no problems with it.

Last flight I took in the 146 I quit in the middle of it. That's why I decided to reinstall, but no dice.

Edit: I was in the SU15 beta, so I uninstalled it. Still no dice. Can't click anything at all.

Edit2: I have done everything I can. I don't know what's causing this. I have no error messages to show you. The F28's EFB works fine. The 146's EFB will go to the Notes screen when I hold right-click, then left-click. That's the only thing I could make it do. I couldn't type in the Notes screen.

I had a problem with an unresponsive cockpit. In the support ticket I got a few things to trie. Beside of a reinstall (which worked in my case) I got the following, maybe it helps you:

In MSFS, if you go to General Options>Accessibility and look for "Cockpit interaction system" and if it's set to "lock", then change it to "Legacy".

@Rhinozherous It's on Legacy. I've never used the other one.

@OwlInFlight said in EFB Not Clickable:

Then it is best to open a support ticket.

Issue is confirmed to be caused by an update to the Horizon 787-9. A new update fixed the interference. It was the only recently updated mod I hadn't checked.
