Security token for charts
-
There seems to be something wrong with the security token mechanism for navagraph charts in the EFB.
I lost the internet for a short while on a previous flight and when it returned, the EFB requested I input a new token to the navagraph website.I fly in VR which makes doing this quite inconvenient during a flight.
To make matters worse, the first token did not work and the EFB again asked me to input another (different) token to Navagraph. This token also did not work, at which time I gave up.
I always purchase a yearly subscription to Navagraph. I contacted Navagraph support and they stated their tokens are good for a year and the problem lies with JustFlight.
Can you fix this issue so once we authenticate the tablet, it sticks and wont ask for another authentication (at least for a year).
This is not the first time this has happened and it is quite frustrating.I use MSFS linker so my community folder is quite lean, I dont think it is a conflict with other mods.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into this.

@lancealotg The Navigraph charts on the EFB are currently configured so that you only have to log in once, and that login is then saved for future flights so you shouldn't be prompted to log in every flight.
You will likely need to log in to your Navigraph account again after an uninstall/reinstall of the product, so I suspect Addon Linker may be the cause of this issue if the product is being regularly uninstalled/reinstalled. I'll bring this up with the rest of our development team on Monday and see if there's anything on our end that we do to improve this.

Just to clarify, I don't have to log in every flight on the EFB.
The above issue happened when I lost my internet connection while in the middle of a flight. After twenty minutes or so, my internet connection was restored. The charts were working fine until that point in the flight.
I was without EFB charts for the remainder of that flight.
The next time I flew the 146, the token handshake did work and has been working ok since then. I brought this error up because this is not the first time this has happened to me.I also don't see how the addon linker can be the cause of the problem. I have been flying the 146 exclusively for a few weeks now so the addon linker is not really doing anything. There is no "uninstall/reinstall" going on.
All the addon linker does is create symbolic links in the community folder for whatever plane and mods you want to fly with (similar to how GSX creates symbolic links in the community folder).I appreciate you bringing this up to the team because it is extremely frustrating (especially in VR) when this occurs.
