So I just tried a flight. The autopilot ignored whatever heading I set and flew me in random directions, however when autopilot was active, I could move the heading bug on my logitech instrument panel (it otherwise won't move.) But it didn't fly me to the heading, just random direction no matter what I did.

Not sure what the hell happened with the GPS but every line was white and it never gave me a desired track or anything. Just like a frozen flight plan. As it was going to be a long flight I did not want a useless AP so I landed somewhere random and quit.

@jonah9000 We have received reports across multiple aircraft (from multiple developers) of autopilot issues following some changes that were made to the default Working Title GNS530 in MSFS SIm Update 14. We are hopeful that some changes that are due to be released with MSFS Sim Update 15 should improve this.

In the meantime, if you could kindly contact Just Flight support, they may be able to assist with some short-term troubleshooting steps: https://www.justflight.com/support
