Something is wrong with this software

And I don't know what. At random airports are filled with dynamic traffic taxiing, taking off, landing. The air is full. Other days with the exact same routes, airports are completely empty like ghosts with no inbound or outbound traffic. While on the schedule planes should take off every 5 minutes. Sometimes the sky at cruise is loaded and sometimes I don't see any planes. The software is not working as it should.
I hope development is still ongoing because it needs a fix!

Sounds very odd. Have you been in touch with Just Flight support. They should be able to look iunto this for you. There is a link on their website at www.justflight.com
