BAe146 Zone Loops A & B Tests
-
I am getting back into my 146 after a bit of time, and realizing I never figured out how to actually perform these two tests. I can't for the life of me figure them out. I'm sure it's me. Can anyone explain how they work?
Thanks,
Eric -
In one of the previous 146 updates, we added all the ground test procedures to the in-game checklist. So if you want to run through them step-by-step whilst in-game, you can access them via the MSFS Toolbar > Checklist > Ground Tests.
The Wing Loops Test can be carried out as follows:
PACK 1 and 2 switches . . . OFF
APU AIR switch . . . OFF
ZONE TEMP DETECT switches . . . BOTH LOOPS
ZONE LOOPS A test button . . . PRESS AND RELEASE: ZONE HI TEMP ANNUNS. OUT
ZONE LOOPS B test button . . . PRESS AND RELEASE: ZONE HI TEMP ANNUNS. OUT
ZONE LOOPS A and B test buttons . . . PRESS AND HOLD SIMULTANEOUSLY
MWS Audio . . . SINGLE CHIME
MWS Amber Caution lights . . . FLASHING
AIR SUPPLY caption . . . LIT
L and R ZONE HI TEMP annuns . . . LIT
ZONE LOOPS A and B test buttons . . . RELEASE
MWS attention getting . . . CANCELLED
L and R ZONE HI TEMP annuns . . . OUTMark - Just Flight
