Heading Bug Not Working Again

Re: What was done to the Heading Bug in the recent update?

The Heading Bug issue reported by jmarkows in Feb is happening again. Some friends reported the same issue as well.
I am using Arrow 0.10.8 and TurboArrow 0.5.8.
Could Just Flight Staff please help check the issue ?
