Battery at 0v and won't recharge after update

Hi,
I'm having an issue where the plane starts up with 0v and the battery won't recharge. This started occuring after the new update.
I've tried reinstalling, uninstalling, delete all warrior files from localcache and reinstalled.
I've also read the threads with a similar problem, but there was no resolution.
I've installed the latest SDK.
Could anyone please assist with finding the root cause? It it a SimConnect issue?
