traffic global wont install

when i try to install traffic global i get an error saying The following error occurred on the file C\users\myname\documents \TrafficGlobal\TrafficGlobal.docx same for other files aswell can anyone help me resolve this

If you can access the old early access forum you can read others who have been given help with users on solutions to install problems, but then JF may solve your problem.
