During the RNAV approach (tested today in LIPB RNP 01 and EGJJ RNP 08) there is a glideslope (or rather vertical path) indication on the HSI and ADI. However, the indication seems to be reversed (essentially, reverse sensing of LOC, but for virtual glideslope). From my understanding, F28 should be able to display to provide this "advisory" GS so I would imagine it is a bug currently?

@knidarkness Thank you for raising this. We have logged this on our internal bug tracker to investigate.

For extra info, none of the manuals we have for the F28 actually cover RNAV approaches, so I suspect very few F28s ever encounter an RNAV approach in the real world. As we have little information to go off, the most accurate solution here I suspect is we just make the G/S failure flag visible when an RNAV approach is inputted into the GNS530, as that's the same way we simulate it in the 146.

We'll investigate this internally though and we'll include a fix in a future update.

@mark thank you for reply. It would be nice to have the capability though. "Theoretically" wiring of "HSI-from-GNS" and "GS-from-GNS" is not too different and would be conceivable for the F28 if it'd fly today? Fingers crossed :=)
