My Fokker is broken

JetNoise posted something earlier today regarding save state and after "Today I loaded into the sim and the F28 loaded with a continues beeping sound and NO EFBs visible".
Well I have had a similar issue after clicking state save, but now my F28 refuses to work at all. I have uninstalled it completely, and then re-installed it and it just wont work. No EFB, horrid high pitch tone, APU won't start engines wont run.. Almost like a registration issue?
I don't know what to do now, I never got prompted for a key or anything so I am stumped.

@vanadeo I got to the bottom of it. The F28.ini I was editing was the wrong one lol.. It's the one saved in appdata/roaming, not the one in the root MSFS folder.. I didn't know there were two of the little buggers!, makes sense now.
Welp, this confirms there is an issue with Save state still.. Annoyingly but I suppose it will get amended eventually in the upcoming updates.

I flew mine for two days good, today I loaded it and the Ipad is not there, can't get it to appear, and the GPS can't be turned on, and other nav gages seem to be locked. I downloaded the plane again, selecting the repair option, but got the same problem.
