Manual choice of Speedcard and Thrust Index

Hi again,
I'm that guy who really like to do all by himself, it could be possible to have the opportunity to put the good speedcard by myself and to not have a automatic thrust index settings? It could be really cool to have the choice to do the whole thing by ourself :)
