No flight plans in the GNS 430/530

My PA-28 aircraft do not import the flight plans I create with the MSFS world map to the Garmin GNS 430/530. Other 3rd party and MSFS default aircraft seem to import ok. Anyone else experience this?

@richb Are you changing the GPS configuration via the EFB tablet after starting the flight or is the GNS 530 option already selected?

i have probably tried both ways but I noticed the operation manual does not recommend changing the avionics equipment while in flight so while in the warrior with electronics on and "WT GNS DUAL" selected, I made sure state saving was activated, went back to the world map and created a new flight plan. Went to FLY, avionics came on with WT GNS DUAL showing but no flight plan indicated. I am not using the Working Title Mod "APP", just the latest MSFS default avionics. I believe the default avionics do now include the Working Title avionics, yes?
