External Lights Blinding Bleed through

Just started having a problem with the exterior lighting blooming into the cockpit when turned on. It does not always happen at the start of the flight, but will eventually start at some point in the flight.
Nav lights on.
Landing light on from the forward view
Looking to the side with landing and nav on.
It also flashes white inside while strobes on.
