Will there be a support for the honeycomb autopilot switches like heading, IAS and altitude in the future?

When assigning the heading to the honeycomb heading switch, the aircraft no longer following the heading and just flying straight. It doesn't matter if I select the heading with the switch or with the mouse on the heading knob.
