F28 rudder axis controller hotfix

The F28 rudder axis controller hotfix addresses an issue which caused the 'RUDDER AXIS LEFT' and 'RUDDER AXIS RIGHT' assignments, default for some controllers (e.g. Xbox controller), not to correctly move the rudder. It can be downloaded here: DOWNLOAD
The WASM file should be moved into this folder, overwriting the existing file:
[MSFS Community folder]\justflight-aircraft-f28\SimObjects\Airplanes\Just Flight Fokker F28-4000\panelThis fix will be included in the next full update.
