    Hi,

    When I set a VOR frequency and a course it picks up the signal, however after arming beam and capturing the course my aircraft keeps zig zagging on the course at about 75 degrees off either side.

    Anyone else having this issue? Or am I missing something? I tried it both on the -3000 and -4000, release version and 1.1.

    Otherwise I absolutely love this plane! Looking forward to the Fokker 70/100.

    Cheers

      @kenzo If you are close to VOR, it is very sensible.
      Closer than 5nm - use hdg to pass VOR

        @eker it’s not just close to the VOR, I’ve seen it happening from close to the VOR all the way up to about 80nm outbound.

          @kenzo In which direction did you fly... more East - West or North - South? I've seen this behavior more on westbound or eastbound flights. But it may be, the Jetstream is a factor too...

            @delfin25 basically all directions; I’ve tried both Surabaya to Denpasar and vice versa (east/west) and Medan to Jakarta (Southeast).

            Both in the mark 3000 and mark 4000. Haven’t flown the 1000 & 2000 yet.

              This isn't something we have been able to replicate on our end and I don't think we have had it reported elsewhere, so it could be a difficult one for us to track down.

              Do you have any specific examples of VORs where this issue occurs so we could try and replicate it?

                @mark Hi Mark.

                All over Indonesia;
                BLI 116.2
                SBR 113.4
                MDN 113
                PKU 112.1
                JMB 117.5

                Could it be my old Saitek yoke having input spikes? I noticed the AP fighting pitch input when slightly touching the yoke. I’ve tried unplugging it after TO However the problem persisted. Would be nice to be able to disable inputs when on ap anyway, but not sure if it’s causing this problem.

                  Hi Kenzo. I am having similar problems I think (raised in a thread today). Just wanted to say I thought of the SAITEK being the issue, so I unplugged it. No luck. What other peripherals are you using? Did you end up sorting the issue out??
