GPS and State Saving not functioning

I bought the F28 the first day it was available. While I do love the plane and look forward to flying it, I have had nothing but problems when trying to fly via a flight plan or state saving the aircraft.
Ill create a flight plan on Simbrief, Import it to the GPS in the sim, Only to load in and have the entire GPS reset on spawn.
I've turned on State Saving on every variant of the F28 but when I load in the next time, nothing has saved. The GPS is gone, the flight plan is non existent. Then when I put in the GPS flight plan manually, it follows none of the magenta lines. I am following the Autopilot tutorials, Beam mode, VOR LOC, HDG. None of it works.
After reinstalling multiple times, attempting to fix the aircraft through the installer, none of the issues have been fixed, only worsened or created new problems.If anyone can help explain why the State Saving seems to turn off even after I turn it on and hear the voice "STATE SAVING ENABLED" it just doesn't.
