Spawning cruise time?

Hi!
In the options menu there is a setting in minutes for spawning during cruise. What does it mean? Default value seems to be 5. What happens if is set to lower or higher value?
Tried to find an explanation in the manual bit didn't understand.

Hi,
It is the time between attempts to spawn cruise aircraft. I.e. altering to 3 minute will see cruise traffic appear more frequently around you.
