Engine 1 and 2 locked in Fuel off with no response

When I load onto the runway in the Bae both engine 1 and 2 off, while engine 3 and 4 are running. For some reason they both load in set to the fuel off section. But when trying to move then via throttles or mouse they wont respond. Clicking to switch on the throttles in game to move them out of fuel off doesn't do anything, they seem to move to fuel on and then back quickly to fuel off. I have tried uninstalling the aircraft from my pc and trying other methods to get them to respond but to no success. The addon was bought through the in game market place and the sim is being run on pc.

Looks like you have an issue with keybinds, which is constantly sending the signal that engine 1 and 2 is in cutoff.
So check you controllers - might be a toggle switch bound to something (like the 2 eng switches on the thrustmaster airbus throttle for example).Quick check in the manual suggests it could be "SET ENGINE 1 FUEL VALVE" but i would also check if you have anything bound related to mixture.
