    So two floodlights rear top right and left are always on.

    Switched off every light switch including tge one near the exit door... but still on.

        The button for the "entry" light is clearly turned on in your pic.
        In addition to the one at the door it is also controlled by the top left button labelled ENTRY.

        So as suggested above you either have a keybind keeping it on, or perhaps you just never noticed that there are two different buttons for that light?
