Plane not loading ... period!

Plane not loading ... period.
The plane will not load in MSFS. I have let it sit for an hour, twice, and then again after uninstalling and reinstalling. I then reinstalled in admin mode and ran msfs2020 in admin mode with no luck.
The load screen does not appear to be frozen, the text at the bottom keeps changing with information about the plane.
Is there anything else I can try?

I raised a similar ticket regarding using the EFB to start the aircraft in certain states. Not heard back yet.
It appears to work OK the first time, but then it is inconsistent thereafter, often requiring a restart of the entire sim.
