Arrow III IV flickering gns 750

pms50 750 free version updated a month ago.
The flashing Msg warning (no origin or destination entered) continue to flash after inserting both.
The magenta line shows, and you can fly normal GPS nav.

The annoying bit is that during each msg flash - it interrupts the gns - data is lost for a second, No data or magenta line, and the analog instruments reacts accordingly with deviation arrows moving.

This does not occur on Cessna 414 (Simflight) - it must be a conflict with arrow?
