Rotary Starter Flight Panel Logitech don't work

Hi !
Since the last update, the rotary starter launch the engine 2 seconds and stop. If I launch the starter with the mouse, the engine start normaly.
The rotary stater works normaly with other planes (c172 enhanced...)
I remenber I had a fix with files from onether device to put somewherre in the Arrow folder.
I guess those files are deleted with uninstalling the arrow before to update.
If someone could remember me the fix it will be amazing

I need to use the honeycomb files engine.cfg... in document folder
