Allow Sky4Sim on EFB

Please allow Sky4Sim to work on the new EFB

This tool is a must have in a GA plane.
Other GA plane third party developers allowed it (GotFriends, SWS, ...)The new EFB is very disappointing :
- OFP : useless for me (I don't use Simbrief)
- Map : useless because unreadable even at max zoom, no layers, max zoom not enough
- Charts : useless for me (I don't use Navigraph)
- Aircraft : nice improvement but need OAT in Celsius (new parameter in Settings)
- Notes : nice
- Checklists : nice
- TOD calculator : why not
