I can't find the FST manual since updating to 1.0.3 (and deleting the old version of FST as advised).

It's pretty ridiculous that an add-on needs a manual to get it to work like it should, but I don't understand the LOD / spawn time / blah blah blah so I thought I'd take a look at the manual.

There's not even a link in the JF 'Support' page. Their website seems as over engineered as the add-on itself.

Anyway, how do I get the manual back?

No idea why it has vanished, but it's on the product page:

I also uninstalled older version and reinstalled v1.0.3.
        Manual is still there!
        See: ..\Community\justflight-fstraffic-controlcentre\Data\trafficControlCentre\FS Traffic Manual.pdf
And I can still open it out of the "traffic control centre" like within the older versions!

That is now an old link. The best place to get the manual is in game: Community\justflight-fstraffic-controlcentre\Data\trafficControlCentre\FS Traffic Manual.pdf or the Control Centre.

Is the problem that you can't find the manual in the game? The link on the website works fine but the best place to find the manual is in the game itself. The only reason we put manuals on the site is in case someone wants to read it before they buy - although given how many don't read it after they buy, you wonder why.

@derek All I did, as a customer btw, was point out that the customer service sent a link was also broken. When I found the manual on the site, I read it. Very helpful.
Why the snark? I didn't say bad things about the you as developers (in fact, DM and and I'll give you the ticket # I submitted about what I thought was an issue so you can see my interaction with the CS about it). All I did in my post was point out the SOP needed to be updated.

I think you are finding snark (?) where none is intended. The subject of the OP was that the manual had vanished from the software after 1.03. Fortunately it hasn't, so anyone needing the manual can still find it in the software. I just didn't want you to get the impression that we expect customers to download their manuals from a website - they are always included in the software. Hope that helps and sorry of I have given the wrong impression.

@derek Appreciate the response. Defs wasn't under the impression JF expected their customers to go find the manual on their own. FWIW, I had issues too (I'll admit, likely 99% user error because of how I've mapped my drives). Once I got it though, it's a fantastic manual, as is the tutorial video and directions given by the CS (I'll echo this for the other JF product I have - I really appreciate the work the team does).
Of the 2 JF products I have, both are great - sure they have growing pains, but y'all are pumping out updates / refinements and the CS was fantastic.
Pumped to see the product continue developing
