Any update on the RJ release date please?
-
Is there any update on when we might see the RJ variants released ?
My VA only uses the RJ and does not allow the 146 to be substituted so I am forced to fly inferior aircraft on many routes.
It's a wonderful product which I really want to spend more time flying, I actually work with quite a few people who worked at Hatfield building the 146s, so it's a plane close to my heart. -
So that's a NO then !

@bruggenbill Mid Summer best guesstimate currently. F28 likely to be the next release and then the RJ after that. Thanks.

@voice-of-reason
Thanks for replying.
Whilst I am looking forwards to the F28, I am a little disappointed about the order.
At least I can stop feverishly checking your site and my emails every Friday for a while though. -

I used to belong to a VA like that. Can't understand why some VA's are so picky about such things, we are here to have fun.

@lancealotg Yup, I mean I do love most of the aspects of the VA but I now have quite a few amazing AC I cannot fly with them. The latest of these is the AN-2 which is too heavy to be used in the flying club routes.
Oh well that's why I split my flying between them, FSE and OnAIR. -
@bruggenbill I just registered, cause it's been a long time since i don't see any update/upgrade to the current rj. I feel like some improvements are needed in the plane, of course I might me wrong, but related to the FMC and the autopilot.
I've been reading the forum for a few minutes and there are no topics about or I couldn't find any except this one. -
I see this topic has gone quiet, I hope it has not been forgotten! I have been loving the JF BAE 146 lately but would love to have the RJ in the fleet. The last JF update is going to be a year ago soon so a newer update would be really nice.

Given the complexity of FADEC and Vnav / Autoland, and given how many failures there have been in this department with existing MSFS addons... it's not surprising it's stalled.
There only 2 or 3 decent addons that can actually do all this properly, currently.
Maybe it's the sim. Even PMDG have only got one out of the hangar (the 737-xxx) ... in how many years now?
That alone says it all.

It's reappeared on the "In Development"page, but no image.
But for now, I'm quivering with preoccupation, over the imminent release of the Vulcan .... with the 301 engines.
My tinnitis will love me. 😁💕💕
And now I've finally sussed out how to use the AP on the TBM 850, properly, I'm keeping my gob shut... at least for a while 🤣

It's never been removed from the In Development section of our website. And the image still showing fine here.
It's true though that we've not managed to bring out dev updates on a regular basis as we'd hoped. That's due to a number of factors, too many to list and enlighten you all about here. Suffice to say though once the Vulcan is out and everyone is doing their thing with that, we'll be looking to give updates on everything we have in In Dev currently. We're conscious we've not managed to issue updates across the board on all the products so we'll be working on giving you news on everything, very soon.
Thanks to you all for being patient. We just ask you to bear with us for just a little longer.

You're not in a parallel universe and there's no attempt to 'gaslight' you. The RJ Professional has never been removed from the In Dev section since the day it was added there. That's a guarantee, I know, I control that area. There's no reason for me to deny that if it was the case. That's a fact.
Thanks.

No. But you clearly are... or are you just sloppy, given there is no synchronisation between your Store pages and Forum pages ?
See this screengrab taken today... and then apologise please.
-
It's on the Shop site but no in the Forums.
Which is why people coming to the Forums are asking if it's still in development.
As you can see from the screenshot, the "In Development" forum thread does not mention the Avro.
And your passive aggression "bud" is just as obnoxious.

@Gabe777 There’s really nothing sinister going on, some products get more posts than others and so we may or may not decide to give them their own subcategory within the “In Development” category.
If the product is on the website it’s still in development, the fact that discussion about it is in the main “In Development” category or it’s own subcategory is irrelevant to it’s development status.
The forum is not synchronised with the website, we’ve never intended it to be, and it probably never will be - that’s just how it is. We understand some may be upset by that but we can’t please everyone.
