Traffic Control Centre not starting

hey when i bought fs traffic everything was working i could see traffic on the sim now i cant see any traffic and when i am clicked on the Traffic Control Centre it is not starting at all i uninstall and install fs traffic many times but still not working

@kujman Have you checked that your firewall or anti virus hasn’t blocked it? Happens to me far too often!

Hi,
Had you opened any of the FS Traffic files at the time, especially the database files? If so then make sure you close them in case they are preventing the app from accessing them.
If not, please drop the support team a message and they can investigate for you
