Editing Airport Files to Change Runway Usage

In previous JF Traffic products you had files corresponding to many airports in the game, which, I believe, replaced the default airport information files, such as which runways should be used.
We used to be able to go into those files and change, for example, the runways. We could set various runways for take off or landings only.
I’m sat at EGLL and I noticed that aircraft are landing and taking off on both runways.
It would be nice if we could alter this and select one runway for landings only and another for take offs only.
Is this possible in FS2020?
