removing livery entry text causes CTD in control center

I added more title= entries to a repaint in the control center than i wanted. I removed the text entry, and pressed save changes. it caused a CTD with error message in the app. I did it to other entries and the same thing happened. I cannot remove any added livery 1-5 entry text without a CTD error.
