Compatibility issues - had to uninstall

Fairly certain this is a compatibility problem (my money is on GSX) but had the following issues (tested at payware EGLL, EGPH, KBOS & MSFS EHAM) :

Only 1 or 2 planes spawn in at gates. If I hit remove and refresh then nothing happens (waited for 20 mins)

GSX issues. Tug and jetway work, but passengers dont board, all ground eqp and guidance system dont work.

Cant close the sim, just hangs between the world and the main menu. I have to close through task manager.
Followed the installation to the letter and manipulated the settings to test and no change. Uninstalled FST and all worked fine again.

@jitsuka my sim hangs when trying to go back to the main menu too. I have to “end task” to get it to close.
Also half the time i load up, theres no traffic.
Still needs alot of work.@cpalmer41 were you using GSX too?

@jitsuka i am. It could be a compatibility issue with GSX but youd think theyd done sorted any issues with them out before release.
@cpalmer41 tbh I'm not surprised when it comes to GSX but yeah not like it's not been around for a while. Maybe the deicing update knocked FST out since it was only the other day it was updated.

It's not normal, it's impossible for me to uninstall "GSX" they should have ensured minimum compatibility with other addons such as this one for airport management, a very widely used addon! If it is proven that they are incompatible! Besides other problems with using the software, I have written to support to request the repair of the software within reasonable time, communication from them at least about the problems encountered, or a refund for poor performance of the "FS Traffic" addon

@olimsfs @cpalmer41 ok I got it working and prob shoulda have known this. So follow these steps before launching MSFS
- Go to traffic control cente
- Aircraft Manager > Ground Services
- Select "Set no ground services" and save
after I did this it worked fine with the exception of GSX crashing (and I mean warning messages flashing up) as I was parking. Not sure if that will happen every time or not.

@jitsuka So then I will respond to you that whatever I do, it's too random, they need to review the software, too many conflicts, planes in the sky, software error, and I was not selected as a beta tester, I bought this traffic software to use it to its full potential.

I have exactly the same problem !
In my case, I disabled GSX Pro & FSRealistic and it started to work!
What is sure, I am not going to disable GSX Pro. If Just Flight is not able to insure full compatibility with this addon,I will ask to refund.

Same here, no way to deactivate other software like GSX Pro, they should assume incompatibility with these add-ons and then refund.

@acsoft That's just insane to me. Those are two of the highest immersion payware addons for the simulator. No way am I doing that.
@777dave Do you have a ticket in with our support team to help them investigate this?
Also be aware the devs are looking into this currently and hopefully they'll have some joy soon and a solution will be found. Apologies for the inconvenience we are aware and are doing our best to get it sorted.

@voice-of-reason I have a support ticket in, and as a software engineer myself I do understand that issues like this happen on initial release. I do think though that customers who are facing these issues should be compensated in same way for the time that they have spent trying to get this sorted out. While others are enjoying their FSTraffic, the rest of us paid the same amount of money to watch from the sidelines. I really hope we have better communication/updates regarding this issue.
