Lack of AI planes while cruising

@2thfixer Wow relax it's not even a week after release. There are other posts to help fix lack of traffic and suggestions in the manual like increasing radius in the configuration program, turning off ground vehicles, delete the files in localcache folder for the traffic module ETC.

Lack of AI traffics while cruising, I set ND range to 80nm, only 3 or 4 traffics shown on ND, I think it's abnormal only few planes flying above the busy airspace in Switzerland and France, anyone knows how to fix it?
In the traffic control centre options tab you can reduce the "time between cruise traffic spawn attempts (Mins). I find setting to 1 min is good for continental flying.

@twentyfivehundred Did all the above actions as you and what support has suggested on several other posts......to no avail, still very little to no enroute traffic. Yes, it has only been a week after release, so what....I feel we should have a working product from the start and all the kinks should have all been worked out BEFORE the thing went live and people PAID for the product! Maybe they should not have released it yet? And I'm not the only one having issues....look at all the SIMILAR complaints. Ya, I'll probably just keep the program tucked away in a folder for use later on ONCE they do come out with updates and fixes, but for now it's uninstalled because in my case it just doesn't function as advertised.

@2thfixer only thign I dont understand is they were in beta testing since summer and even increased testers some weeks before release and all of them did not come up with those mentioned problems? I really cant believe that. The secretive development of FS Traffic, with the many updates we got during development, made me think they are doing something very different than other ai traffic solutions, especially since there were no leaks/previews at all, I thought they have accomplished something they really dont want to spoiler. however, it works on my side as intended, I was aware of the limitations by the sim before and did not expect a perfect product from release, but for now this is rather disappointing.

Have you raised a ticket with Just Flight support? If you raise a ticket we can record the problem and see what may be causing it.

You are absolutely right - the program has been extensively tested by a large group of testers with a variety of different systems and also the varying requirements from a traffic program. We would not have released it if we did not think it was as good as we could get.
If you let Just Flight support know of any issues you are experiencing by raising a support ticket we can look into them and do our best to resolve them. -
@bwbriscoe According to the FAQ you will never hear FSTraffic AI planes at cruise level talking to ATC!
FAQ - Why does cruise traffic not communicate with ATC
Yup, you read that right. Unlike other AI software FSTraffic apparently does something unusual in their injection of AI traffic at cruise levels, and no matter how busy it gets your skies will always sound completely empty…
I think this is a major drawback, and as it’s not clearly stated on the product page I think it’s borderline false marketing, as this is something I would expect to work and not investigate in an FAQ prior purchase.
