Not yet. There is a GA package planned for release in the near future.

@supersym I tried it and it worked alongside FS Traffic. However, some of the GA aircraft just backed up until they were out of sight and the helicopter and balloon were a little weird. I removed it and instead used the FSLTL GA aircraft as airlines GA1, GA2, etc. Works fine when creating some traffic within a small region but doesn't provide worldwide GA traffic as really needed. But, you might give the gamod thing a try.
