How to add traffic on Traffic global ?

I had traffic global for a while now, and I'm struggling with how to add more traffic on my fsx. For example, if I go to a large airport I all only get 4 planes at the airport. I have tried to add put add much traffic as a can on the traffic global manager. However, I would get little traffic. Any suggestions?
