I was hoping for a set it and forget it type of sw. But this is obviously not it. With the endless number of developers that think they are the only one making third party add-ons for the community, we're left tweaking more than actually enjoying the simulator. I am so tired being a beta tester for various developers that can’t wait to take our money. Especially at this price level. Why can't we just get something that runs out of the box. I really don't care about routes, and all those extra things. I just want to see airport life with good AI models.
I am also fed up with developers blaming other developers, limits within the sim and other lame excuses. I really don't care! That is not my problem. Do it 100% or let it be! I am done altering and reworking things that should just work. I don’t care if it is early in the release process. I am a paying customer.Unfortunately the sw is not working for me. I use GSX Pro and I tried all possible setup what we can read in manual and here in forum.
I t is not good, that it is not working with GSX Pro and sorry, but I can't accept the answer, that MSFS has an object loading limitation. It's a bullshit. FSLTL solved it. -

I am a paying customer.@myndighetene I got it to work once or twice, but only with no ground services, jetways, vehicles, or workers. I don't think any of us are willing to sacrifice things like this ontop of GSX Pro when FSLTL can run everything without issue, free of charge. I personally requested a refund if I can't use this program

Ok after changing my ground services to off and following a sim restart I now have what looks like an air show going on. Planes all over the place, stacking up at the intersections of taxi ways, low passes over the terminals, leaping from the ground like fighter jets etc.
On pushback they didn't disappear this time - so it looks like it's the draw limit thing collapsing the plugin if you leave ground services on - at least for me right now.
*Edit - planes are persisting now. In flight TCAS has the traffic. Seems ok besides the weird behavior. Almost how FSLTL behaved almost a year ago. This has a long way to go to be right. Performance seems decent which is the only thing going for it atm if you get it working.
@qazme I was also able to get it to work by disabling ground services. Problem is, by doing this, the planes literally just sit at the gate now. No jetways, no baggae, nothing. Makes an extremely non immsersive enviroment.
I also tried uninstalling GSX and FSRealistic, as I heard these were common conflicting programs and was unsuccessful.

I have tried several airports and my result is no problem at all in Europe like Norway, Sweden, germany, Austria, UK London Heathrow it work perfect. Traffic departing and arriving aircrafts.
But when I switch to US KATL, or KLAX not one Aircraft is at the airport. JFK is full of aircrafts.
My thinking is that some payware airports are the problem and cant work together with Traffic -
Why am I not suprised that this would clash with GSX Pro. Everything clashes with badly written bit of program. Dont tell Umberto, you'll get the standard its not my fault reply blaming everything else out there. My love/ hate relationship with GSX Pro continues, can now add FS Traffic to that list.

@seth2413 I am not getting any traffic at destination airports too. I find it hard to blame GSX and we must remember GSX is doing way more than this.
But I have sacrificed my Scenery enough for this app now. I have turned down all the extra things to levels I do not really like, but I am still getting no traffic, also the ai planes do what they want in regards to what rwy they take off at. I dont know what to make it of it all, but I am really not happy with this, I think other solutions maybe better.
I have filled in the destination ICAO, I see traffic at the departure airport, 1 or 2 enroute I used to tons with FSLTL, and for the 3rd flight nothing at all at the Destination airports which were LPPT / EHAM / KSNA.
I am going back to what I had. This app at the monet, is not ready IMHO. I have every faith in JF sorting this out, but I am not losing or messing around with other apps, which provide much more and especially since a free app, which appears to work better just quietly got on with its job. I feel like the issue is doing all this inside MSFS which I feel is prohibitive and must probably follow guidelines for XBOX and thus will not work as it should on PC until the usual "ASOBO sort it out" An outside injector would of been much better I say, but then would not be able to sell on the Market Place, I dont know but for now I give up with it, and I will wait for a patch.

@supersixbravo This was perfectly stated. I can deal with FSLTL if it means I keep GSX and FSRealistic, or whatever else is in conflict. If this is an issue of being concerned about backwards compatibility, it would be yet another example of why Xbox is simply holding the simulator back

Now, in addition to the air traffic not working (that would be the proposal to have a great FPS) my GSX Pro objects also don't appear anymore. I'm going back to FSLTL and ask for a refund.
And change all those testers of FS Traffic, because the quality of the tests surprised me, haha.

I agree 100% and FSLTL Just works, no if's no but's... Just fire it up, 5-10 seconds of stutter while it loads in, and boom glorious AI Traffic, talking to the tower, taking off and landing at correct runway too. I'm really not trying to put down this, and I bet at the heart of the problem it is something with the sim, I mean Traffic for XP is freaking amazing, but this at the moment feels no better, but way more convoluted and destructive than Simple Traffic which I also own.
I'm going to give it a chance, but for now I am back to FSLTL.

Is there a way to slew away or just zap conflicting aircraft when you are on approach say within a 2 mile radius, there was an ATC app for FSX called Radar Contact that did this really well by slewing back AI AC when you were on approach or close to an airport, I know this has no idea you are on approach, but it does know your destination, is there something there that could be done this with.

The AI generated AC take off all over the place, it looks a Homeworld battle at times, then you get nothing.

I keep seeing the nasty MSFS models at times, despite I think changing settings not to, but I could be confused here.

GSX has to be taken in to account, this IMHO is dead in the water if this and GSX can not co-exist.

@777dave Yeah that's no good Dave. Don't fret I think even those of us who have it working it's not working 100%. For instance it's "working" for me in the instance that it will spawn traffic at my initial airport. However what I saw last night after 4 legs was sometimes the next airport would have zero traffic. Sometime it would have traffic.
So it's still not totally wonderful. In fact if FSLTL didn't drop my to 1-5 fps on the second leg 30 miles out from the airport I wouldn't have even tried this package. At this point I'm debating on if I wasted my money or not. I know I'm not positive on it atm.

Can't be bothering with this product much more until it matures. Went back to FSLTL and requested a refund (not sure if that happens, think it's the first time I've ever requested it on a JustFlight product....). Would love to revisit this product after it's had sustantial bug fixing put in place as by description it's exactly what I was looking for - but in actuality it has quit working altogether again now and the one afternoon I saw it work there was a substantial amount of buggery in place. ;-/

Yeah there needs to be a hotfix update I'm having the same issues at large airports too. I uninstalled it for now. Using FSLTL till a solid fix comes out.

@r4zor_br I did the same and having same issues as every one else here. Also no has mentioned when back out of the game to the main Menu the loading bar will get to the end and wont go to the main menu this has happened every time so im be forced to go in task-manger and close the game out manually every time which is ridiculous..... Also after removing FS TRAFFIC the sim dont look the same even after changing settings back and made no difference its messed up the game totally. All these people having issues huge streamers having same issues liive while streaming then there is a issue at hand here I watched Chewey and Twotonemurphy have exact same issues no traffic or not working and they might get it to work and then its gone so I dont know im just not impressed with this add on.
