No Traffic

Followed instructions. Installed program, entered ICAO code when I spawn in, but when I hit confirm, no planes show up at all. I have tried reinstalling the program and restarting the computer and simulator multiple times. Would be nice to be able to use this program as this is my only day off for 18 days

Having a similar issue. The difference with mine was I connected to the sim at KATL. Plenty of traffic at all the gates etc. Upon pushback all the traffic disappeared and hasn't returned.
I've enabled/disabled the plugin through the control center, respawned traffic etc. Nothing is fixing it. I forgot to disable the ground services since I use GSX, wondering if that may have caused it. I've disabled it now and will retry on my next flight.

@777dave Open the "FS Traffic Control Centre" it's an external program. Goto the "Options" tab. There's a selector bottom left to "Enable/Disable FS Traffic".
And yeah atm I do feel like these are fairly large glaring issues that have been missed in this product. At minimum it should spawn and show something.....anything. I've tried everything I can find and I'm 300 miles into this flight and haven't seen a plane yet.
Also with no dev feedback here on release day has me wondering how to request a refund if possible.

Ok after changing my ground services to off and following a sim restart I now have what looks like an air show going on. Planes all over the place, stacking up at the intersections of taxi ways, low passes over the terminals, leaping from the ground like fighter jets etc.
On pushback they didn't disappear this time - so it looks like it's the draw limit thing collapsing the plugin if you leave ground services on - at least for me right now.
*Edit - planes are persisting now. In flight TCAS has the traffic. Seems ok besides the weird behavior. Almost how FSLTL behaved almost a year ago. This has a long way to go to be right. Performance seems decent which is the only thing going for it atm if you get it working.

@777dave Close MSFS. Navigate to C:\Users<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages
Then delete everything in the "justflight-fstraffic-module" folder.
Start MSFS and it will rebuild those files and should work properly.

@derek Thanks, I've left a support ticket.
An idea from another post suggested that deleting the modules folder may help. I actually renamed it an run MSFS and I got traffic, no moving traffic of course as the pln files were no longer there but plenty of parked aircraft. I then rebooted, changed the name of the modules folder back and run MSFS again. Now it seems to be working fine. Fingers crossed...
EDIT: I spoke too soon it seems. I came out of one flight and loaded another at a different airport. Again - no traffic. Also if I now try to return to the MSFS main screen it just sits there an refuses. I ended up having to Alt-F4 out of it.

I had experienced exactly the same problem - no traffic and a hanging MSFS when returning to the main screen. Then I have cleared my Community-folder followed by inserting all FSTraffic-folders. Afterwards I have got traffic, and I was able to return to the main screen.
Now I adding all my sceneries and utils back into the Community-folder step by step.
It looks like that one certain object in the Community-folder has caused the problem, at least I hope so.

Same here, unfortunately no traffic at all. Followed all advices and steps such as reinstalling, deleting everything in the "justflight-fstraffic-module" folder etc. but to no avail. Also I cannot return to main menu anymore afterwards, it just hangs.

Emptied my Community and restarted MSFS which did not made things better.
However, forgot to remove GSX Pro from Community and after I removed GSX Pro, planes started to pop up. However, I have not seen any planes push back or taxi, but at least I do see other planes now which was not the case when GSX Pro was still in my Community folder.. -
@mookie2661
Do you have Microsoft version installed? Asking because I have STEAM version and my "justflight-fstraffic-module" folder is in the Comunity folder and NOT %appdata% folder. -
@anacrusis Yes, sorry. I should have clarified that. This is where it is for the MS Store version.

I own it too. At the moment this tool is not installed on my system, and I can see traffic.
You need to wait at least 10 minutes to see traffic moving.
